Corporate AI upskilling on real tasks from the first hour, not a product tour. Wednesday stays open so people apply Day 1 and 2 before Skills.

Foundations
What AI can and cannot do, how to brief it, how to give it context, and when to raise effort. All practised on real tasks.

Day 2
Claude platform
Chat, Cowork, Projects, Artifacts, and Research. The room turns its own Day 1 quiz data into a published dashboard.

Off
Space to apply Day 1 and 2. Homework runs in the background.

Skills
Take a real job, save it as a skill, install it, change one line, and run it again. Connectors are taught, not switched on.

Build Day
Each person shows their homework. Claude interviews them and writes a first skill on their own file. Then a clinic, sharing, and feedback.

Common questions
Is this only for Claude, or does it work with Copilot and ChatGPT?
We run the course on Claude because Projects, Artifacts, and Skills make the workflow teachable. Briefing habits and reusable-skill patterns travel. Copilot often wins on Microsoft integration. We are not asking you to rip out Microsoft.
Will you connect Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, or Power BI?
Connectors are taught. They go live only with your company's approval. The default safe path is a Project plus files you choose to upload.
Do we need to buy Claude licences before the course?
No. Every trainee gets their own account on our Claude Team plan for the training week, and the cost is in the $750. Your team needs nothing from IT to start. If you keep using Claude afterwards, you buy your own seats.
Do people need to be technical?
No. We built the course for non-technical and mixed teams, and nobody writes code.
How much time does this take from the team?
Four remote sessions of about two hours, plus light homework. The Day 3 to Day 4 skill is real work on a recurring task.
