A multi-billion-dollar global cable manufacturer with sales teams spread across multiple business units. Hundreds of product catalogs, data sheets, technical specifications, and application guides. The institutional knowledge that closes deals lives in PDFs, shared drives, and people's heads. Sales reps were spending hours per inquiry searching for the right specs, the right product variant, and the right comparison with competitor offerings.
What we built
RAG-based AI Assistant
An AI agent that answers natural-language questions from the sales team, grounded in the company's proprietary technical corpus of 500+ documents (product catalogs, data sheets, technical specifications, application guides). Every response is source-cited so the rep can verify before quoting a customer. Hybrid semantic + keyword retrieval ensures the right chunk surfaces even when the question doesn't match exact phrasing.
Live ERP Integration with Oracle NetSuite
Direct connection to the company's ERP. The agent verifies order status, checks stock availability, and pulls live commercial information into the conversation alongside the technical answer. Sales reps no longer switch between systems mid-call.
Comparative Product Reasoning
Beyond retrieval, the agent reasons across the catalog. Reps ask which product fits a specific application, what the trade-offs are between two variants, or how a product compares to competitor offerings — and get a structured, cited answer in seconds.
Multi-Business-Unit Tenant Architecture
Three-tier architecture on Microsoft Azure within the EU. Multi-organization tenancy with role-based access (Member, Admin, Super Admin), SSO via SAML/OIDC, and document-level privacy controls. Designed to scale from the first business unit to others without re-platforming.
Compliance and Auditability
Every conversation is logged with full audit trail. Source citations prevent hallucinations from going to customers. Document-level privacy ensures sensitive specs stay within the right teams. Hosted entirely on Azure infrastructure within the EU for data residency.
